  • Week 47

    Rains at the end of week 47 in Buenos Aires and Concordia affect the week’s shipments. A total of 1,400 final tons to all destinations is recorded, over 30.8 tons of sea shipments to arrive on week 51. US heads the volumes with 915 tons, whereas UK and the EU together receive 418.1 tons. Shipments are completed with 41.5 tons to Canada and 25.8 tons to Asia and other destinations.

  • Week 46

    A total of 2,270 tons arrived at the different markets, and another 11.7 tons were shipped by sea and will arrive on week 50. The U.S. received 1,500 tons, whereas Europe and the UK together completed 761 tons, Canada 75 and Asia and others destinations, 34 tons. Volumes in the Argentine Northwest will be decreasing as of this week, whereas volumes in the Northeast would be decreasing in the next weeks. At the same time, Buenos Aires is in full production. Next Wednesday we will send the total Argentine forecast until the end of the season.

  • Week 45

    Rains in Tucuman at the end of week 44 affect shipments of week 45. A total of 1,647 final tons to all destinations is recorded, over 127 tons of sea shipments expected to arrive on week 49. The US heads the volumes with 1,020 tons, whereas UK and EC receive 544 tons together. Shipments are completed with 61 tons to Canada and 22 tons to Asia and other destinations.

  • Week 44

    A total of 1,925 tons have arrived at the different markets, 1,234.6 in USA, 277.71 in UK, 329 in EC, 68.9 in Canada and 17.2 in Asia and others. Another 50 tons were shipped by sea, which will arrive on week 48. ABC’s forecast for week 44 was of 1,999.24 tons, in line with reality. Weekend rains in Tucuman will probably result in a lower volume, as the forecasted for week 45.

  • Week 43

    A total of 1800 tons were received this week by the different markets. The distribution was as follows: 1,182 tons in the US, 313 tons in the UK, 241 tons in the EC, 44 tons in Canada and 18.6 in Asia and others. A total of 27.1 tons were also shipped by sea, which will arrive on week 47 mainly in the US.

  • Week 42

    El Niño current is especially affecting blueberries production and the ABC rectifies its estimates for the next four weeks. Volumes from Argentina totalized 1,222 tons, distributed in the following way: United States 793.4 tons, Europe 161.2 tons, United Kingdom 219.6 tons, Canada 38.5 tons, Asia and others 9.7 tons. Air shipments from Benjamín Matienzo Airport in Tucumán amounted to 459 tons, while sea shipments arriving on week 46 will add up to 18.9 tons for the United States.
