The Association of Blueberries Producers of Tucumán consolidates its commitment in the fight against child labor.

APRATUC continues developing different activities in its effort to fight child labor and create public awareness on this issue.

Within the schedule of activities, on June 12 th , the institution actively participated on the World Day against Child Labor. The Association of Blueberry Growers of Tucumán, together with the Citrus Association of Tucumán, appeared on the Muñecas pedestrian street of San Miguel de Tucumán, where they sought to create the population’s awareness on this problem.

Also, on Wednesday, June 15 th , APRATUC, member of the Provincial Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Child Labor in Tucumán, participated in the round table on Awareness for the Prevention and Elimination of Child Labor and Protection of Teenage Labor. This round table took place in the parliament building of the province, where actions and players were proposed with the commitment of strengthening policies to fight against this scourge.

Representatives of the National Commission for the Elimination of Child Labor (CONAETI) and the Provincial Commission for the Elimination of Child Labor (COPRETI) were present.
