Inés Peláez, manager of ABC, wrote a few words after 14 years with the organization.
Dear Friends,
After fourteen years working for this industry, the time has come to say goodbye. It was not an easy decision to make, but it was grounded on a family request, and these matters always have a special weight that usually tips the scale towards that side.
In this message, I’d like to remember the pioneers in this association (Jorge Pazos, Federico Baya, Marcelo Zanchetti, Fernando Skiarski, Juan Pablo Vogt, Pier Giua and Mariano Bermingham). In 2010, they decided to rely on me and gave me the necessary space to shape what today is the most representative chamber in the Argentine blueberries sector. I would also like to remember all those who once integrated ABC’s board, and the directors and technical teams of APAMA, APRATUC and CAPAB, who have given their unconditional support for the organization to evolve throughout time. My sincere gratitude to them and all the ABC family.
In agreement with ABC’s board my retirement will become formal after the 2016 IBO Summit, where I hope to meet all of you to say goodbye in person and to introduce you to the new manager, Carla Ginobili.
Kindly yours,
Inés Peláez
